**Due to the New Rules at Honolulu Airport we only allowed to park and wait at the pick up area for 15 minutes. If you come out with your baggage and you don't see us at the Pre-arranged pick up area, please call us at (808)226-6668 for instructions, we will be there in few minutes after you called/text. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
After you landed in Honolulu Airport please turn on your cell phone, so that our driver who is waiting for you at the airport can reach you and tell you how to reach our cars. Please text or call us @ (808)226-6668 while you are waiting for your baggage. After you pick up your baggage please follow the pick up instructions look for our Car/Van, If you cannot find us please call/text us at 1-808-226-6668 our drivers will guide you to permitted pick up area(You can ask one of the security personel where is the nearest PERMITEE pick up area is).

Int'l flights Arrival:
(All flights from Asia, Australia and New Zealand.)

Once you ready please Exit THE "Group Tour" door, you can straight to the parking lot(pick up area). Our Shuttle will be there waiting for you in the open parking lot between group Tour Station "K" and "L".

**If you came out from the regular “Exit “facing to the street. Please turn to your left, walk to the end of the building on the left side. Tour group parking lot will be next to the escalator(nearby concrete pillar number #22 and #23). Please wait for us by station “K & L”.

Pre-arranged #1 - Baggage claim "1 to 11":
(Hawaiian Airlines Inter-island flights and Hawaiian Airlines US Continental flights)

Once you come out with your baggage please turn to your left side and walk to the end of the building on your left. Passed Concrete pillar number #1, Pick up area will be next to the yellow fire hydrant. You will be looking for the green curbside(across the US post office, under the Hawaiian new terminal).

Pre-arranged #3 - Int'l flights Arrival:
When you arrive from international flights, Once you came out from US customs, PLEASE exit door(1) >>> Individual Exit and then cross over the middle sidewalk area. Our Shuttle will be there waiting for you in middle(*with the green color curbside).

Pre-arranged #4 - Baggage claim "16-21":
(Alaska Airlines, American airlines, Air Canada, Allegiant Air, Southwest, Omni airlines and West Jet)

Once you ready to be pick up, please crossover between baggage claim #21 and 22(concrete pillar number #52 and #53) to the end of the crosswalk. And then look for the pre-arranged 4 sign(Under the brand new rent-a-car building). Walk to the right lane and look for the green color curbside.

Pre-arranged #5 - Baggage claim "22-31":
(American airlines, Delta airlines and United airlines)

Baggage claim "22 to 26": (American airlines and Delta airlines) Once you ready with your baggage, please walk through the glass door between baggage claim "26" and "27" into United airlines baggage claim area(Inside the baggage claim area, NOT outside the street). you will see a glass door Nearby baggage carousel "31" and on the right hand side of the Men toilets with a sign says "Pre-Arranged 5". Please EXIT the glass door and walk to the open parking area,(**Remember: Please DO NOT exit the glass door on the left, we are NOT picking you up on the street.) our Shuttle will be there waiting for you in the parking lot.

Baggage claim "27 to 31": (Delta airlines and United airlines) Once you are ready with your baggage, please look for the glass door(Nearby baggage carousel "31") on the right hand side of the Men toilets with a sign that says "Pre-Arranged 5". Please EXIT the glass door and walk to the open parking area,(**Remember: Please DO NOT exit the glass door on the left, we are NOT picking you up on the street.) our Shuttle will be there waiting for you in the parking lot.

*We do not charge for flights delayed fees, Once you made your appointment with us and your flight arrived within our business hours 5:00AM to 10:00PM we will be there waiting for you. If your itinerary changes(such as:FLIGHT NUMBER, ARRIVAL TIME) you must notify us before you arrive.
